Some or all of the other ingredients may be added after the pressing- stage. The liquid removed during pressing is re-cycled after removal of albumins and chloride and nitrate ions. The mixing and pressing stages are preferably carried out by a screw conveyor 26 enclosed in a frustoconical casing 21. Add 5 l of water and 2 l of liquid with sludge to the mixture, mix, homogenize, and pre-press the resulting mass under pressure of 700-800 atm, extracting 2 l liquid with sludge. The dried paste at a pressure of 800-900 atm is forced through nozzles to obtain fibers 1 mm wide and 0.2 mm thick. The fibers are then irradiated with electromagnetic microwaves, drying them to a moisture content of 8%, and artificial tobacco is obtained. 80-95% of protein substances are extracted from the squeezed liquid with sludge by adding ethyl glycol. From free from protein particles, the filtrate through ion exchange extract 80-98 weight. % of chloridions and nitration. The purified liquid is fed for subsequent loading. Example 2. 1750 g of wheat chaff and 350 g of cocoa bean shells are milled to a particle size of 500 μm, and 2500 g of foam are kneaded to a particle size of 150-300 μm. The process is then carried out as in Example 1, the liquid is purified in a similar manner. Example 3. The process is carried out as described in Example 1, but instead of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, the same amount of flour from the grains is added to the mixture. Example 4. The process is carried out as described in Example 1, except that absorbents, binders, and other ingredients are shifted with the infusion obtained after pre-pressing, and then the paste is formed into a ribbon with using SOPL;

Claims (2) [1] 1. The method of obtaining artificial tobacco, involving movement; particles of vegetable raw materials with water and binders, preliminary compaction of the resulting mass, its formation into a tape and substance, characterized in that, in order to improve the quality of the tobacco produced, precompression is carried out to a moisture content of 15-25 wt. % with simultaneous separation of the liquid with sludge and its subsequent purification; at the same time, during the purification, protein substances are removed from the liquid, and before forming the ribbon, purified liquid is added to the mass. [2] 2. A method according to claim 1, characterized in that when cleaning the liquid after removing protein substances, chloride ions are extracted from it by ion exchange nitrates.
